RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
In the UK, you have legal rights for refunds. For online purchases, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving goods and have another 14 days to return them for a full refund, even if you just change your mind, the buyer pays the return postage. For faulty goods, the seller pays; you have a 30-day right to a full refund from the date of purchase or delivery. After 30 days, but within six months, you must give the retailer a chance to repair or replace the item firs
Refunds will be refused if the consumer has damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it.
